5 Telegram Bind & Notifications

If you bind your Telegram, we link your Telegram ID with your account to send you login alerts, password change alerts, withdrawal alerts, deposit confirmations, and to let you check your balance through our official bot. This is optional — you can request unbinding anytime through support, and alerts will stop immediately.

6 Data Retention

We keep your account and transaction records for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as required for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. When no longer needed, data is securely deleted.

7 Your Rights

• Access — see your transactions anytime in the History section
• Correction — update your details via Edit Profile or support
• Deletion — request account deletion through support (after withdrawing your balance)
• Withdraw consent — unbind Telegram or disable optional features anytime

We use a secure session token (cookie) only to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Logging out clears your session immediately.

9 Children's Privacy

Bgpay is only for users of legal age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If such an account is found, it will be closed and the data deleted.
